The Dodgers beat the Braves 4-3 in Game 4 of the 2013 NLDS, sending them to the NLCS.
But whatever, enjoy the moving picture thingies.
Carl Crawford got the game started right by homering to lead-off the game.
He also did it again in his next at-bat…
…because when you’ve homered once since May 7, it makes sense that you homer three times in a four-game span.
Clayton Kershaw, going on short rest, was stellar…
…Brian McCann got mad*.
*For all the jokes, and to his credit, not a peep out of him about any of the stuff he supposedly was going to do.
Jason Heyward was impressed.
In the eighth, with the Dodgers down a run, Yasiel Puig set the stage:
Then the turning point in the game, obviously, was Juan Uribe‘s go-ahead game-winning homer.
Which left it up to Kenley Jansen to close out the game, and he couldn’t have done it any better.
Celebration stuff in the next post.
