Dodgers 2013 MLB Draft signings: Team inks Villegas & Scott to bring total up to 28 out of 40

The Dodgers ended up signing 28 of their 40 picks by last Friday at 5 PM ET, which was the deadline to sign 2013 MLB Draft selections.

The two signees that came closest to the deadline were RHP Michael Villegas (23) and C Ryan Scott (30). Neither announcements came with signing bonus information.

Those two rounded out a Dodgers draft class that started with RHP Chris Anderson — who has already made four starts for the team in A-ball — and came perilously close to going over the bonus pool limit by an amount that would have cost them a 2014 first-round pick.
