Good stuff, man. I would imagine that Crawford will bat leadoff next season. Let’s hope that Donny doesn’t make him bunt AJ or the pitcher over to 2B very often.
Honestly though, he’s not a top of the order type of hitter.
Don’t see why teams keep forcing him there.
Because he’s fast, and Donny won’t bat AJ there.
Crawford has to bat first because fast guys bat first and second basemen bat second. And that is the gospel according to Mattingley.
